Every tree we sell is delivered by our own crew, never handed off to a third-party shipping company. Here is what to expect from order to planting day.
Your trees are hand-selected at our Pacoima nursery, loaded with care, and delivered protected and ready to plant anywhere in our service area. The same crew that grows and selects your trees handles the delivery, so nothing is lost in transit or damaged by a parcel carrier.
We deliver throughout Los Angeles, Riverside, and Orange County. If your city is not listed on our Service Areas page, reach out anyway, we frequently serve neighboring communities.
Delivery is quoted with your order based on the size of your trees, the quantity, and the distance to your site. Larger orders often qualify for reduced or complimentary delivery. You will always see your delivery cost confirmed in your quote before anything is scheduled, with no surprise fees on the day.
Once your order and quote are confirmed, we coordinate a delivery window that works for you, typically within a few business days for in-stock material. Larger or specimen trees may be scheduled a little further out so we can prepare them properly for transport.
Box trees of 36-inch and larger can weigh 150 pounds or more. These are moved with a liftgate truck and the right equipment, then set safely at your driveway or planting location. Our crew is equipped for heavy material, this is not a standard parcel drop-off.
Please have someone available to receive and direct placement of larger trees, and make sure our crew can access the delivery area. If you have a gate code, a tight driveway, or special access notes, let us know in advance so the day goes smoothly.
